
Health Innovation KSS partnered with the 28X app, backed by the Philips Foundation, to ensure its free menstrual health tool was shaped by the people who need it most. Two focus groups with 20 women from global majority communities and neurodivergent women explored the barriers they face in accessing menstrual health information, concerns around data privacy, and the need for personalised, culturally competent support. Their insights will directly inform how 28X develops as a trusted, NHS-aligned tool for women across the UK.
